At SE Ayurveda, we want every customer to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you face any issue with your order, we are here to help. Please read the policy below carefully to understand our return and refund process.
1. Overview
We accept returns or replacements only in cases where:
The product is damaged,
Defective, or
You received the wrong item.
Our goal is to resolve such issues quickly and fairly.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
All labels, seals, and packaging must be intact.
A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof of damage/defect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Ayurvedic consumable products (unless damaged or defective)
Used, opened, or tampered products
Products returned without original packaging
Items returned due to taste, fragrance, texture, or personal preference
Orders placed by mistake
Free gifts or promotional items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at se.ayurvedaa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Share images/videos clearly showing the issue.
After verification, if approved, we will send return/shipping instructions.
The product must be shipped back within the allowed timeline.
Note:
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
SE Ayurveda reserves the right to approve or reject a return request based on policy guidelines.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the product:
Our team will inspect it.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important:
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where SE Ayurveda delivered a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
5. Replacements / Exchanges
We offer replacements only for:
Damaged items
Defective items
Incorrect items delivered
If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at se.ayurvedaa@gmail.com. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
6. Non-Returnable Product Categories
The following categories cannot be returned or refunded:
Used or opened Ayurvedic consumables
Products with missing parts or tampered packaging
Items purchased on sale (unless damaged or defective)
Personal care and hygiene products
7. Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift:
You will receive store credit of the return value once the returned item is accepted.
If the gift giver shipped the order to themselves and then gave it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
